    Yes, for purchasing tickets on NoMoreQueue , you have to register yourself. However, registration as member is not required if you want to just browse the portal.
  2. Why is registration necessary on NoMoreQueue?
    Registration is necessary, as the information would be stored and the next time you visit the portal it would be of help to you. It also enables you to check your entire order history. You would also be updated through our newsletters on various promotional offers of NoMoreQueue, and travel related information.
  3. Is there any registration fee?
    There is no registration fee. It is absolutely Free.
  4. How would you provide my login details?
    Your login details would be emailed to you at the email address furnished by you at the time of registration.
  5. I forgot my password. Can you help me in retrieving it?
    If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. You will be asked to submit your email address. We will send your new password to the email address furnished by you. You can log in with the new password and change it.

  1. How safe is it to purchase tickets on NoMoreQueue?
    When you click on the pay button after selecting seats you will be taken to the payment gateway website. All payment transactions take place not on NoMoreQueue, but with one of India's top payment gateways 'BILLDESK'. BillDesk uses the latest encryption technology to transmit your credit card information over the Internet in a secure manner.
  2. What benefits do I get when I book tickets through NoMoreQueue website?
    Buying bus tickets on NoMoreQueue offers numerous benefits. You can buy tickets for major routes across India from the list of bus companies displayed. You can also print the tickets from the convenience of your home, to save a lot of your time and money.
  3. Do you levy any service charge for purchasing tickets through NoMoreQueue?
    Yes, there is a nominal service charge of Rs.10 to 20 /- per ticket. This depends upon the price of the ticket.
  4. Once the purchase of ticket is confirmed, can I make changes to my order or get refund?
    NoMoreQueue.com only acts as an agent on behalf of the Bus Companies. Users are requested to consult specific Bus Company policy regards to cancellation, refund or modification before booking the tickets. If you need any clarification with regards to your purchase, please feel free to contact us through our helpdesk for immediate assistance.
  5. How many tickets can I book at a time?
    You can book a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction. If a Bus Company allows bulk facility, the same would be available on NoMoreQueue service.
  6. How can I know/confirm that the tickets have been booked?
    Once you book the ticket and it is confirmed, an email and a SMS containing the booking details are automatically sent to you. In the rare case of non-receipt of email or SMS, you can check for the booking details by logging in and checking your order history. If you need any clarification with regards to your purchase, please feel free to contact us through our helpdesk for immediate assistance.
  7. Can I cancel the tickets?
    NoMoreQueue.com only acts as an agent on behalf of the Bus Companies. Users should consult the specific Bus Company policy in terms of cancellation, refund or modification. If a Bus Company has a refund and cancellation policy, the same would be available on NoMoreQueue.com So, we request you to carefully read the particular company policy when you are booking the tickets.
  8. Do I need to collect a print of the ticket?
    Yes, you need to collect a print of the ticket after the payment is confirmed. You need to produce the ticket at the time of boarding the bus.
  9. I have lost the print of the ticket which I collected?
    When the payment is confirmed and your ticket is generated, a copy of the ticket would be sent to your email address. You can check it in your order / transaction history after logging in as well for the same.
  10. Do I need to provide an ID proof while boarding the bus?
    Yes. You will need to show a photographic identity proof (Passport, PAN, Driver's license etc.) along with the bus e-ticket to the bus conductor when boarding the bus.

PAYMENT DETAILS:
  1. How do I make the payment for the tickets?
    You can make the payments through all major credit/debit cards or through net banking.
  2. When I enter my credit card details, the website asks for 'CVV code.' What is 'CVV code'?
    The CVV code is a 3 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of Visa and Master Card credit cards. This is an extra security measure to ensure that you have access to physical possession of the credit card itself in order to use the CVV code.
  3. Can I pay for someone else's bus ticket?
    Yes, you can pay for someone else's bus ticket. It is not necessary that the person paying for the bus ticket needs to be the passenger.
  4. My booking has been rejected, but my credit card has been charged? What do I do?
    In the rare case of this kind of situation happening, the money would be refunded on your card within 3-4 working days automatically. Please be assured that if the ticket has not been successfully booked, your card payment will be reversed.
  5. Despite several reminders, the refund is not reflected on my credit card?
    As per company policy, all refund requests are processed at the end of the day and take 3-4 working days to be refunded on the card. In case the amount is not reflecting on your card, request you to contact us through our helpdesk along with all relevant details and we will try to get the issue sorted at the earliest.

  1. How do I contact customer care?

  2. I am not able to view the site from some computers?
    NoMoreQueue requires that you have Flash Player installed on your system. You can download it for free from www.macromedia.com.
  3. I am trying to book my tickets, but the drop down menu is not working? What should I do?
    Please try refreshing the page once and clear your browser cache. If you still face the problem, please contact our help desk and we will address it immediately.
  4. My Internet connection was disconnected during my booking process. How can I check if my tickets were booked or not?
    Check your order history. If the tickets have been booked, there will be a new order on the relevant date displayed. If your order history does not show a booking, then your order was not completed, and you will have to book again.
  5. What do I do if my booking process is not completed?
    We are sorry for this unlikely inconvenience. If the booking process fails, we request you to start again from the beginning. In case of any erroneous charges, the same will be refunded/reversed as per the bank timelines.
